The new Noodles &amp; Company in Westwood raised $1,000 for the Westwood Permanent Firefighters Local 1994 through a community benefit event on April 21.The firefighters will use the money for the S.A.F.E. Program (Student Awareness of Fire Education) as well as to purchase and install smoke detectors for local elderly residents.
