The Center for Physical Wellness at South Shore Health is excited to announce specialized exercise classes designed to support individuals living with arthritis or preparing for—or recovering from—joint replacement surgery. These classes focus on improving balance, building strength, and enhancing flexibility in a safe, supportive environment.
Led by certified instructors with experience in rehabilitative fitness, the small-group classes are tailored to accommodate all mobility levels. Whether you’re managing chronic joint pain or looking to regain strength and stability after surgery, these sessions offer effective, low-impact exercises to help you move more confidently and comfortably.
