Friday, June 6 At 10:22 a.m. Mark C. Waters, 49 of Weymouth, was arrested on a default warrant. At 5:35 p.m. police stopped a motor vehicle on Lindbergh Avenue. Paul A. Spinney, Jr., 25 of Weymouth, was placed under arrest for possession of a Class A substance, possession of a Class B substance and a default warrant.
