Friday, May 31 At 12:15 a.m. a 16 year old was arrested at Colonial Nursing Home. The juvenile was charged with breaking and entering to a motor vehicle/boat, receiving stolen property under $250 and resisting arrest. At 1:52 a.m. Mark C. Waters, 49 of Weymouth, was arrested for OUI-Liquor, marked lanes violation and speeding on Libbey Industrial Parkway.
