Tuesday, June 4 At 8:03 a.m. Dennis M. Toomey, Jr., 30 of Weymouth, was arrested at South Shore Hospital for trespass and disorderly conduct. At 10:24 a.m. two arrests were made after a motor vehicle stop on Main Street. Edwin Vinales, 48 of Charlestown, was arrested for possession of a Class A substance with intent to distribute and possession of one ounce or less of marijuana. Luis Morales, Jr., 35 of Quincy, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license. At 9:53 p.m. police responded to Middle Street for a hit and run report. Constantin Giurca, 31 of Weymouth, was charged with OUI liquor, failure to stop for police, assault and battery on a police officer and leaving the scene of a property damage accident.
