Demers, 25 of Quincy, was charged with domestic assault and battery and violating an abuse prevention order. At 2:52 p.m. Samantha L. Werra, 20 of Rockland, was arrested for shoplifting by asportation and possession of a Class E drug at Walmart. At 9:34 p.m. Donna Dempsey Senna, 52 of Weymouth, was charged with violating an abuse prevention order and domestic assault and battery.
