Peabody, 21 of Weymouth, was charged with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended license and speeding. At 9:39 p.m.a motor vehicle stop was made on Chard Street. Jeffrey M. Grondin, 33 of Weymouth, was arrested for operating a motor vehicle with a revoked license.
