WEYMOUTH, MA — Officer Michael Chesna's handcuffs were used to arrest the man accused of killing him, according to police. Police have distributed a photo that shows Emanuel Lopes handcuffed with what they said are Chesna's cuffs. He is accused of killing Chesna and bystander 77-year-old Vera Adams. Lopes was arraigned in Quincy District Court Tuesady.
