South Shore Health’s Center for Physical Wellness Now Offering Exercise Classes
A variety of small group, aquatic, and virtual exercise classes are available to meet different fitness levels and interests.

Whether you’re beginning a new fitness routine or looking to stay active, the Center for Physical Wellness at South Shore Health has a program to help you reach your goals. A variety of small group, aquatic, and virtual exercise classes are available to meet different fitness levels and interests. Led by experienced exercise therapists, these programs are designed to support cardiovascular health, strength building, balance, and flexibility.
Highlights include:
- Aquatic Exercise – low-impact workouts in the pool to support strength and mobility.
- Heart Healthy Exercise – early morning sessions designed to get your day started strong.
- Prenatal Aquatic Programs – evening classes tailored for expectant mothers.
- Joint Motion and Flexibility Program – ideal for those with arthritis or recovering from joint replacement.
Participants are invited to try a complimentary class after completing required paperwork. Classes are offered at convenient times to fit most schedules. Pricing is $37.50 for once-weekly sessions per month or $70.00 for twice-weekly sessions per month.
