Weymouth Students Invited to Nominate 'My Favorite Teacher Contest'
Weymouth middle and high school students can nominate a favorite teacher through a poem, essay or thank you letter.

Barnes and Noble Booksellers and the Weymouth Public Schools are providing students an opportunity to recognize a teacher that positively influenced their lives.
Students in grades fifth through 12th can submit an essay, poem or thank you letter sharing how a past or present teacher influenced them. Entries in the Favorite Teacher Contest should be 500 words or less and typed on 8.5” by 11” white paper.
The written pieces should be sent in with a completed entry form, which is available above, and a parent signature. Submissions can be brought to the students’ school or to the nearest Barnes and Noble, which is at the Derby Street Shoppes in Weymouth.
