Don't Freak: Grilling Hotline Available This Weekend

This weekend, should you fear your grilling selections won’t be up to par for your big party, there are certified grill masters available to share tips and advice.

LongHorn Steakhouse is starting the season with its third annual Grill Us Hotline this weekend.

LongHorn’s certified Grill Masters will be available Friday, May 22, through Sunday, May 24, from noon to 5 p.m. ET to provide tips for making holiday grill-outs a success via phone and text, said an announcement.

According to LongHorn, 57 percent of the country’s households fire up their grills this weekend, and 71 percent grill steak.

At the LongHorn Grill Us Hotline, with its new live-texting component, the LongHorn Steakhouse Grill Masters are providing real-time professional grilling advice via phone or live text.

“We want to guide grillers to become masters of their summer backyard grill-outs,” said Kurt Hankins, executive chef at LongHorn Steakhouse, in an announcement. “Whether you’re trying a new recipe or perfecting an old favorite, we’re here to help everyone become a grill hero.”
