Kids Table Week at Farmers Market

This is Kids Table week! With the help of Amy Rindskopf, kids will be touching and tasting peaches of all shapes and sizes, and they will be making art with . . . corn!

Every second Saturday of the month, children visiting the market with their parents can stop by the Kids Table, sample a fruit and vegetable in season, and do a project. Look for this table on the other side of the big tree (Waterfield Street side).

The Third Wing will play from 9:30 to 11 a.m. Several members of this young band are from Winchester. They play primarily rock, mixing in elements of blues and alternative here and there. They also plan to re-arrange a jazz tune when they play at the farmers market.

From noon to 1:30 p.m., will be traditional music and dancing. Come and see what the English Country Dancers perform the traditional dancing and dance music of England and New England. If you have seen any of the Jane Austen movies, you know what the dancing looks like.
