Firefighters in Winchester battled a two-alarm fire on Highland Avenue Thursday night.According to reports, the fire broke out at 211 Highland Avenue around 5 p.m.

Crews discovered the blaze burning in a third-floor attic at a residential home.The fire was successfully extinguished with help from the Lexington and Medford Fire Department.

It’s unclear if anyone was home at the time. No injuries were reported.
