Howard Park and the Robert "Bob" Rotondi Baseball Field</a>, respectively, according to a statement issued by the Mayor's Office on Tuesday.Howard - who still serves as town manager in Winchester - oversaw an organization-wide rebuild of Malden Public Schools, in addition to construction of a new senior center during his time in office.
