Alleged Accessory In Maguire Murder Pleads Guilty to Lying To Police
Kevin Dingwell was dating the aunt of Scott Hanright at the time of the deadly 2010 Kohl's robbery.

Thursday afternoon, Woburn Police tweeted that Kevin Dingwell has pleaded guilty to misleading investigators looking into the shooting of Patrol Officer John “Jack” Maguire in 2010.
Maguire was killed during a shootout with career criminal Dominic Cinelli following an attempted armed robbery at Kohl’s Department Store in Woburn.

Scott Hanright, Cinelli’s alleged lookout and accomplice, accepted a guilty of second-degree murder plea deal for his involvement on Wednesday.
The Boston Herald explains that Dingwell may have aided Hanright in escaping following the attempted robbery and shooting, as Dingwell was dating Hanright’s aunt at the time.
