Maguire was killed during a shootout with career criminal Dominic Cinelli following an attempted armed robbery at Kohl's Department Store in Woburn. <a href="https://patch.com/massachusetts/woburn/major-development-expected-regarding-deadly-2010-woburn-kohls-robbery-0">Scott Hanright</a>, Cinelli's alleged lookout and accomplice, accepted a guilty of second-degree murder plea deal for his involvement on Wednesday.
