Award-Winning Woburn Bar Adds Library-Style Lounge
The Baldwin Bar has opened a second-floor, library-style lounge inside Woburn's Sichaun Garden restaurant.
The Chinese eatery known as Sichuan Garden II, of Woburn, has expanded upon its award-winning bar area. According to Boston Magazine, the restaurant unveiled a second-floor lounge over the weekend.
The Baldwin Bar, located within the restaurant, has earned national awards for its masterful cocktails and talented mixologists. According to owner Ran Duan, the new bar area features a library-style atmosphere with a capacity of 45.
Guests can’t actually sit at a bar on the second-floor, but they order drinks and sit at six tables or on leather couches. The spacious room features mahogany panels.

As of right now, seats are only available on Friday and Saturday nights, but Raun hopes to create more availability by the end of October.
Sichuan Garden II is located on 2 Alfred Street inside the historic Baldwin Mansion.
