WOBURN, MA — Back-to-school planning has already begun in Woburn, with calendars available to help parents prepare for the first day in Woburn Public Schools.
Heading into the upcoming school year, some dates are subject to change. Here is the list of dates to know for this school year:
- Sept. 7, first day of school
- Sept. 20, half day for all students
- Oct. 4, half day for all students
- Oct. 9, no school Columbus Day
- Oct. 18, half day for all students
- Nov. 7, no school
- Nov. 10, no school for Veterans Day
- Nov. 22, half day for all students
- Nov. 23-24, Thanksgiving Break
- Dec. 6, half day for all students
- Dec. 22, half day for all students
- Dec. 22-29, Holiday Break
- Jan. 1, no school
- Jan. 12, half day for all students
- Jan. 15, no school Martin Luther King Jr. holiday
- Jan. 24, half day for all students
- Feb. 7, half day for all students

- Feb. 19-23, February Vacation
