City Of Woburn: City Offices Closed Veterans Day, Thursday, November 11

November 9, 2021

The Annual City of Woburn Veterans Day Program will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2021, starting with a march from Woburn South End (Main and Cross Streets) to Woburn Common.  Muster will begin at 10:15 a.m., with the Call to Order at 10:30 a.m. and forward march at 10:40 a.m. to Woburn Common. The Veteran’s Day ceremony on the Common will start at 11 a.m.

Woburn City Hall and other related administrative offices will be closed on Thursday, November 11th, in observation of the Veterans Day holiday:

There is no curbside trash and recycling collection on Wednesday, November 11th; collections will be on a one-day delay through Saturday, November 13th.

(It’s a White Week for recycling).

City Hall and other City administrative offices will reopen on Friday, November 12th, 2021 with regular Friday hours of 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.  As always, Woburn Police, Fire and other public safety services are available throughout the holiday.
