Increased vaccination rates are the most important tool to controlling and ending the Covid-19 pandemic in our city and across the country. Furthermore, the MA Board of Education has indicated that an 80% vaccination rate of all students and staff is one of the important prerequisites for lifting the recently imposed mask requirements at our middle and high schools. Do your part to help end the pandemic and masking requirements by signing up for one of the following clinics – the first 70 people to register will receive a $30 gift card after vaccination.

Any person under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian or bring a signed consent form with them in order to be vaccinated. We ask that you do pre-register, but walk-ins will be accepted. Please make sure to wear a mask, short sleeves or dress so that the upper arm can be easily accessed. There is no charge for the vaccination, but we do ask that those who pre register or walk-in bring their insurance cards and information.
