Dave & Busters Petitions to Be Let Out of Mitigation Work

Represents for the proposed Dave & Busters in Woburn challenged two mitigation demands put forward by city officials. 

As reported on Woburn Patch, the Dallas-based business has filed a special permit in regards to the city's zoning ordinances for a location at 275 Mishawum Road. The location is a former site of an MBTA commuter rail station.

The issues were raised at Tuesday night's City Council's Special Permits Committee meeting. 

The issues at hand were a request to have Dave & Busters replace a water main on Mishawum Road and that the company shouldn't have to repave Industrial Way to Mishawum Road as customers won't use that section of road often, The Daily Times Chronicle reported.
