Oktoberfest Returns to Woburn's Spence Farm

Woburn’s Oktoberfest & Family Fair will once again be held at Spence Farm, located at 41 Wyman Street. The fourth annual event will be held on Saturday, Oct. 3.
As in years’ past, Oktoberfest is a family-friendly event, which is free charge. There will be plenty of Oktoberfest-themed food and beverage for sale. Offerings include knockwurst, bratwurst, sauerkraut, pretzels, hamburgers, hotdogs, a variety of pastry, coffee, water, soft drinks, and of course beer.
Entertainment will once again be provided by the ever-popular King Ludwig’s Bavarian Band. King Ludwig’s will be performing all of your favorite Oktoberfest-themed songs including, The Beer Barrel Polka, Ein Prosit and Edelweiss.

Keeping with tradition, fifth edition of Oktoberfest’s souvenir pint glass will be sold at the fair. There will also be limited editions of pint glasses from 2011, 2012, 2013 and 2014 that will be on sale at a discounted price.
Oktoberfest will host a wonderful assortment of artisans, crafters and vendors selling their goods. There will be over twenty vendors, offering something for everyone. German hat decorating and more activities for children will be offered free of charge.

The event will go off rain or shine and is handicap accessible. In addition to the ample parking at the event, there will be satellite parking at the Crowne Plaza Boston-Woburn located at 15 Middlesex Canal Park (next to Showcase Cinemas), with a free shuttle to and from the Oktoberfest event.
The event will run from 12 p.m. to 4:30 p.m.
