Pharmaceutical Manufacturing Company Opens In Woburn

Continuus Pharmaceuticals - a company whose name references is stated constant production of pharmaceutical drugs - has moved into the nearly 3,800 square-foot area of 25-R Olympia Ave. in Woburn, according to a statement from the company.

“It’s great to see success in our work over the last few years to adopt local innovation-economy policies that simplify processes, and help welcome promising young, cutting-edge companies,” said Woburn Mayor Scott Galvin, in the aforementioned statement. “Best wishes for success.”

Continuus is the result of a $65 million collaboration between the Massachusetts Institute of Technology and the Swiss pharmaceutical company, Novartis.
