The following text was provided by Nancy Whipple: My friends and I gathered on Saturday, Sept. 22, to make pillow cases for ConKerr Cancer, a group that brings pillow cases to children with cancer in local hospitals.  Here are the 55 that we made that afternoon! The group has a goal of 44,000 pillow cases in the month of September—that is the number of children in North America that are fighting cancer right now!
