The last date and time to take out nomination papers for the municipal election is Thursday, July 2, at 5 p.m. Nomination papers can be acquired through the Office of the City Clerk. City Hall will be closing at 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, however, the clerk's office will remain open until 5 p.m. in order to issue nomination papers to candidates, the city said.
