Update 12:38 p.m.- The fire in the residence at 148 Montvale Avenue has been knocked down by firefighters. According to a source on the scene it is believed the fire started in a bathroom ceiling vent system and spread to the ceiling. Nobody was reported injured or transported to the hospital. Montvale Avenue is set to re-open to normal traffic any time now, according to police. Original Story Emergency crews are responding to a report of a fire in an apartment building on Montvale Avenue in Woburn. According to reports there is smoke showing at the building at 148 Montvale Avenue. Companies have arrived on scene. According to initial reports the fire is located in the attic of the building.
