Tickets On Sale For Woburn Senior Appreciation Dinner

Tickets for this year's dinner are available through Oct. 31.

WOBURN, MA — The Woburn Mayor’s Office is bringing back its Senior Appreciation Grab n’ Go Dinner next month, the Mayor’s Office recently announced.

The event is set for Nov. 6 from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Woburn City Hall. Anyone attending the event will need to get a ticket in advance by requesting one from the Woburn Senior Center or Mayor Scott Galvin’s Office in City Hall. Requests are due on Oct. 31.

Attendees of the dinner must bring their ticket with them at the time of their meal pickup. All tickets will then be entered into an event raffle for the chance to win prizes.

The Senior Appreciation Dinner dates back decades, evolving in recent years due to constraints of the COVID-19 pandemic. This year's event will run in a grab-and-go format after shifting away from a traditional in-person dinner due to COVID-19 in 2020.

The event is supported by Harrow’s Chicken Pies and Table Talk Pies.
