Showers and scattered thunderstorms this afternoon and this evening could produce heavy local rainfall, according to the hazardous weather outlook. There is also a low probability that a few isolated strong to possibly severe thunderstorms may occur this afternoon and evening, with the main threat being localized strong wind gusts.
The NWS is predicting scattered showers and cloudy conditions, with a high near 89 degrees. The chance of precipitation is 50 percent.

Later tonight, isolated showers are possible before 11 p.m., then isolated showers after 4 a.m., according to weather forecasters. Conditions are expected to be mostly cloudy, with a low around 62. The chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
