WEATHER UPDATE: More Rain In Woburn This Weekend?
The National Weather Service is forecasting rain and a possibility of a thunderstorm this weekend.

This weekend, residents can expect more rain to make its way to Woburn this weekend, according to weather forecasters.
Saturday is expected to be mostly clear, with a high temperature in the high 70s. Conditions will change to rain and patchy fog on Saturday night, with a 90 percent chance of rain after 11 p.m., according to the National Weather Service.
More rain is expected on Sunday, with a 90 percent of showers and thunderstorms after 1 p.m., the NWS said. The high temperature will be near 72 degrees. The chance of rain will drop to 20 percent on Sunday night.

- Saturday: Mostly sunny, with a high near 77. Light east wind becoming southeast 6 to 11 mph in the morning.
- Saturday Night: Rain, mainly after 11 p.m. The rain could be heavy at times. Patchy fog after 1 a.m. Low around 58. East wind 7 to 14 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New precipitation amounts between three quarters and one inch possible.
- Sunday: Showers and possibly a thunderstorm, mainly before noon, then a chance of showers and thunderstorms after noon. Some of the storms could produce heavy rain. High near 72. East wind 8 to 18 mph, with gusts as high as 31 mph. Chance of precipitation is 90 percent. New rainfall amounts between a half and three quarters of an inch possible.
- Sunday Night: A slight chance of showers before 11 p.m. Mostly cloudy, with a low around 59. Southwest wind 3 to 7 mph. Chance of precipitation is 20 percent.
