According to the report, the buyers will oversee a $15 million "property improvement plan" to keep the hotel at "Hilton brand standards."The hotel was first built as a Radisson by a Kentucky-based owner in 1989. It is located at 2 Forbes Road, right off Interstate-95.Plans to implement the upgrades are slated to begin in 2016.
