Woburn Tech Bought By Taiwanese Company
Financial terms of the deal have not been disclosed

Woburn-based PrismTech said in a press release that it will be acquired by Taiwan-based Adlink Technology.
It is a move that will make the Internet-of-Things company “a semi-autonomous business unit,” according to the release.
Financial terms of the deal, along with when the deal is expected to close, have not been disclosed.

PrismTech has offices in the United Kingdom, France, Netherlands and Canada, in addition to the U.S.
The company provides software platforms and tools for the “Internet of Things,” industrial Internet and advanced wireless communications. Its customers work in industrial automation, smart cities, energy, transportation, healthcare, defense and other markets.
