Now is a good time to see if your trick-or-treaters are going to have to bundle up or carry an umbrella when they are out and about Saturday night.The good news is it looks like conditions will remain dry for Halloween, but it is going to be quite chilly throughout the evening.The daytime high for Saturday is expected to reach only 55 degrees. But come Saturday night, temperatures are going to dip into the low 30s  with a light wind.Climate data collected by the National Weather Service from 1873 through 2014 shows the most Halloweens -- 46 of them --- had temps in the 50s. There were 36 Halloweens with temps in the 60s, 35 with temps in the 40s, 19 with temps in the 70s, 6 with temps less than 40 degrees and one warm Halloween that had temperatures over 80 degrees.
