The historic building where the Higgins Armory Museum once stood is now up for sale.
WORCESTER, MA - What was once the home of the Higgins Armory Museum is up for grabs, according to the Telegram & Gazette.
The John W. Higgins Armory Building on 100 Barber Ave. is currently listed by ZJBV Properties of Manchester, NH, by Brian Thibeault. He purchased the building in 2014 for $850,000 after the museum closed the year prior. Now, the commercially zoned building with 200 parking spaces is for sale once again.
The property is valued at around $2 million, and 80% of the building is leased.
