Four King Philip Students Charged after K-9 Search
KP students charged after search of the school.

After a random elicit substance search at King Philip High School Monday, four students have been found in possession.
According to the Sun Chronicle, K-9 units performed a search of the area with 11 local police departments. Drug sniffing dogs helped to find four instances of illegal substances.
The K-9 units and officers patrolled the parking lots, classrooms, lockers and hallways as the student body was locked down in their classrooms.

Students will be charged in juvenile court.
Many towns in the area, including Mansfield, take part in such searches. Mansfield had two citations after the search last year and Foxborough had eight infractions in 2009.
