According to state police, Munroe was placed on a court-ordered GPS monitoring device while awaiting trial. On or around Oct. 23, he intentionally removed the monitoring device and fled. His vehicle was later found in the town of Hull, but he remains at large. State police and Fall River Police are actively looking for him.

Munroe, who is white, is approximately 5 feet, 10 inches tall, weighs approximately 250 lbs., and has gray hair, blue eyes and a light complexion. He has worn a mustache and glasses in the past. He has a tattoo on his right forearm depicting a dog’s head with a collar; the dog is green and is growling. At the time of his arrest in September, a shotgun was located at his residence, according to police.
