Wrentham Police Arrest Alleged Heroin Dealers

Police seized more than $1500 in cash

Wrentham police arrested two men suspected of dealing heroin this morning.

39-year-old William A. Porreca and 31-year-old Emmanuel Fernandez of Providence were arrested in the Creek Street area at around 11:30 a.m. as a part of a sting operation.

Porreca and Fernandez completed the drug deal with the undercover officer and were leaving the area in a rented SUV when they were arrested.

Police seized approximately $1585.00 cash, four grams of heroin and cell phones.

Investigators say the arrest was part of an investigation into the Porreca and Fernandez that took several months.

The suspects are charged with Possession of a ass A Substance, Distribution of a Class A Substance, and Conspiracy to Violate the Controlled Substance Act.
