MI Man Stabs His Boss During Staff Meeting: Police

MUSKEGON, MI — A 32-year-old man is facing charges after stabbing his boss during a staff meeting Tuesday in West Michigan, according to police.

The incident happened at 9:20 a.m. Tuesday at the Anderson Express Inc. in Muskegon, according to police.

Police said the 32-year-old Walker man stabbed the company's president in the side and then ran to his car and drove away.

The company's president was taken to a nearby hospital where he was listed in serious but stable condition, according to police.

Officers quickly arrested the 32-year-old Walker man in connection with the stabbing, according to police.

Police do not know why the man stabbed the company president. Fellow workers described the man as "having a quiet demeanor," according to police.

Officials were still investigating the incident.
