Bombshell Treat Bar is best known for its signature chocolate-dipped ice cream bars, which are first dipped into melted, flavored Belgian chocolate and then topped with a variety of add-ons, such as candy sprinkles, potato chips and pretzels. Other chocolate flavors include lemonade, cookie butter, salted caramel and Mexican hot chocolate.
The sweets shop started with pop-ups that focused on contactless delivery during the pandemic. The owners took their ice cream cart, the "Big Dipper," across metro Detroit to various locations. Now the shop spans 2,200 square feet in Berkley. The shop is open Tuesday-Sunday.
