Trick-or-treaters hit the town Monday night to celebrate the spooky holiday.
Cries of "trick or treat, smell my feet, give me something good to eat" rang out in the crisp fall air Monday night as Halloween brought out the goblins and ghouls in Berkley and Huntington Woods.
The holiday was fun for kids of all ages as youngsters collected candy and grown-ups visited with their neighbors and even got in on the fun with costumes.
Phoebe Brand, who was dressed up as a princess to trick-or-treat in Huntington Woods, said her favorite part of the evening was getting candy from a rather spooky source.

"I went to the house and the man had the white face paint on," Phoebe said.
Over in Berkley, Renee McCurdy said her family's favorite part of the night was visiting .
