Friday's the Last Day for Golf at Birmingham's Springdale Golf Course

If you want to hit the links, bundle up because Birmingham's Springdale Golf Course is open for one more day, closing for the season Saturday.

The Lincoln Hills Golf Course closed earlier this season.

But just because the golf courses are closed, though, doesn't mean you can't have golf on the brain. The city's golf courses have several special offers just in time for the holidays:

• A gift card to Lincoln Hills and Springdale golf courses make the perfect holiday gift. Order online or drop by the Department of Public Services or the Birmingham Ice Sports Arena.
• If you're not a resident of Birmingham, puchase your 2013 non-resident membership by Monday, Dec. 24 and recieve $25 off.
