Two final site plan reviews go before the Planning Board Wednesday.
- At 995 S. Eton, the Saretsky, Hart, Michaels & Gould Law Firm are looking to add a two-story addition. This issue was postponed from the board's Oct. 10 meeting.
- The renovation of the formers Bordines on Woodward space at 33779 and 33757 Woodward Ave. The applicant, Tri Phase Commercial Construction, previously wished the turn the space into a Dunkin Donuts and Baskin Robbins, but has since abandoned those plans and is looking to create new retail space.
