Baby and the Bathwater Conference

Educators will be asking the question, “What from the past should we continue to teach, and what should we throw out to make room for new knowledge skills?” during the Baby and the Bathwater conference on Monday, Feb. 6,

The conference will include a keynote speaker on critical literacy and student breakout sessions on related subtopics.

Allan Luke, creator of the Four Resources Model of Literacy will serve as the keynote speaker. This event is run by students, and students will be teaching teachers, administrators and other adults.

This conference will also serve as the kick-off event for a non-profit organization run by students to assist other students in a variety of academic pursuits.

Registration begins at 7:30 a.m. and the event will be held in the auditorium.
