It may be next door in Beverly Hills, but Birmingham residents are welcome to enjoy the Beverly Memorial Day parade and carnival. The parade begins at 11 a.m. at Groves High School and continues down Beverly Road to Beverly Park. There, Beverly Hills will host a carnival for the kids, including a flag ceremomy, until 3 p.m.
