Chicago's premier Aging-in-Place and Geriatric Care Management agency, Senior Care Navigation is thrilled to announce the opening of its second location, serving seniors and their families in Southeast Michigan. A Birmingham native, Jennifer L. Vince, M.Ed., CSA, CDP, DCS, CMDCP, CMDCPT, founded the Michigan branch to give back to the community where she was raised. Her mission is to empower seniors to plan ahead for their aging journey by addressing all aspects of aging, offering ongoing support, and helping to minimize crisis interventions. Senior Care Navigation of SE Michigan offers: Comprehensive Master Aging Plans Advocacy and Crisis Support Ongoing Geriatric Care Management and Wellness Checks 90% of all seniors want to age-in-place in their homes, yet less than 30% have comprehensively planned for their aging future.
