When was the business founded?

November, 2004

How did your business come to be? 

The Chop Shop began as an answer for busy working parents who value eating a healthy family dinner at home. Customers make 6 or 10 family meals at a time or carry out family meals in bulk to freeze and cook as they need them. The Chop Shop has a rotating menu of 12 family friendly entrees that serve 4-6 depending on the families appetite. The Chop Shop does all the shopping, chopping and mopping. People love Chop Shop dinners!

Why did you choose the area you did?

The Birmingham Rail district is a destination that is convenient for customers.
