A 3-year-old female Bullmastiff dog went missing from Schultz Veterinary Clinic at Okemos Road and Bennett in Okemos on Oct. 15.
The owners are desperate for any information about their beloved pet, HappyLegs Fit for A Queen, affectionately known as Vicky. Vicky is part of HappyLegs Bullmastiffs. Her owners started the “HappyLegs Fund” at Michigan State University Veterinary Teaching Hospital to help dog owners who can’t afford lifesaving medical treatment for their dogs pay for treatment so they can keep their pets.
Vicky is fawn-colored and weighs 110 pounds. She ran off without her collar and tags, but she is micro-chipped and can be scanned to verify her identity if she turns up at a shelter, veterinarian’s office or animal control facility. Vicky is shy, and may run away if you approach her. Any viewers who have seen the dog are encouraged to call either 734-516-5160 or 517-881-4205 with her location.
