Meats
While the market's meats selection is nowhere near that of its cheeses, it still has a variety of almost 20 different kinds.Â
Saum says the most popular is a high end meat called Prosciutto di Parma - a dry cured ham, usually thinly sliced and served uncooked.Â
Crepes
According to Saum, the market's made to order crepes have really taken off. They serve breakfast, lunch and dinner crepes, with more than 40 different types to choose from.
They are broken up into two categories: Savory with ingredients like meats and cheeses and Sweet with mostly fruit ingredients.
Saum said her Sweet crepes with Nutella are big sellers. Â
The market also offers call ahead ordering crepes for those in a hurry.Â
Wines
"The key to our wine selection is it's not something that you're going to find at all the big box stores," Saum said. "They're specialty wines. We make recommendations to people. When they come in, they can ask us what will go well with this cheese."
According to Saum, one of her top sellers is Monte Antico. Although she also recommends La Posta Malbec and Caspagnolo Chianti dei Colli Senesi.
