Brighton Seniors Walk Out to Their Future
The Brighton senior Class of 2013 celebrated their last day of school with a traditional "clap out" ceremony on Thursday.
As the senior class walked the halls for the last time today at Brighton High School, parents, grandparents, siblings and friends crowded the school giving the Class of 2013 a well-deserved send off.
On the Brighton Patch Facebook page today, many community members left messages and words of wisdom for the graduates.
- Raven Writing Studios, Ink: Write something, anything, four to five times a week, and never let school interfere with your education. Congratulations from Raven Writing Studios, Ink!
- Mike Voories:Â Advice: WORK for what you want. You are not entitled to anything. Go get it!
- Noëlle Vieau: Carpe Diem. Opportunities will become fewer as you age, seize the good ones gratefully.
- Carolyn R. Schmidt:Â Enjoy the summer; get ready to work for that college degree in the fall!
