Local Business Owner Says Economy, Saving Clients Money Inspired Business

How did your business come to be?: One day, I received a call from a company out of state asking if I could do any facility maintenance for a local commercial customer of theirs. I said yes, we than discussed what they would pay me to complete the work, filled out paperwork and I was in route to their clients location. I realized after I was done with the job that this out of state company was charging their client $100.00 per hour ontop of my charge. I thought to myself I can save these commercial clients and the residential clients by skipping the out of state companies and hire the contractors direct. In today's tough economy it is more critical than ever to ensure that every dollar invested in preventative maintenance and repairs has the highest return possible. It is our commitment to our clients to never put that investment at risk.

What kind of services do you offer?: We provide quality commercial & residential construction services as well as reactive and preventative facility services. We do any and all jobs from additions, remodeling, custom decks, repairs, upgrading to green products to as small as fixing a door.

What's a fact about your business that most customers probably don't know?: By hiring a contractor direct you will not only build a relationship with us and our contractors, you will save yourself a lot of money. Just because a business is small it does not mean we can't do the job and do it with high quality. Our work is always guaranteed to the customers satisfaction.

What do you want your business to be best known for?: Quality in our work, professionalism, cost savings, wide network of various contractors from plumbers to electricians, fast turnaround on job completion, quick responses for emergency calls, friendly, and most important - job perfection!

What's your most popular product or service?: Facility & Preventive Maintenance on the commercial side; 24 hr emergency call; and Add-on's & remodeling for our residential side.

When was the business founded?: We have been in business for more than 18 years providing quality commercial & residential construction services as well as reactive and preventative facility services.

Why did you choose to locate to Brighton?: Because we live in Brighton and have since 2006, our business is ran out of our home. Brighton has the small community charm and charter behind it and the residents and businesses make this town the town it is today. When folks move into this community they are here to stay.
