Warmer Weather Student Dress Code Reminder

As the temperature starts to rise, students are reminded to dress appropriately for school.

As temperatures climb this week, students need to remember to keep their wardrobes "cool" to avoid breaking public school dress codes.

It might be a good time to review the dress code with your student (and avoid getting a phone call to bring a change of clothes.

Brighton Area Schools

  • Tops, mesh shirts, shirts which expose the midriff, short skirts, short shorts, shorts with slits, tank tops and other types of revealing clothing are prohibited.
  • Shorts and other apparel worn must be mid-thigh or longer.
  • Underwear may not show.
