Clawson Police closed the case of a stolen bicycle from a residential garage last week.
No pursuable leads, signs of forced entry, or witnesses could be found from the incident on Huntley Avenue, estimated to have taken place overnight from June 21-22.
The homeowner told police that the blue-colored, 10-speed, girls mountain bike was parked in a detached garage, next to lawn equipment and the family minivan. A padlock had been hung outside but was not in use, she said, adding that the bike was the only item reported stolen.
Clawson Police advised the homeowner to use a lock on the garage.
